Windows 10: My mouse is stuck in the corner

I was using my pc when my mouse started jittering to the corner, with a small white dot blinking. It won’t move from there and when I try to move it, it goes back to the corner. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Upper right corner lag.

And the hotfix too, 10.12a over it as well?
sorry you may did but i no idea, so step by step.

And just make it clear;
your lag is the mouse arow in the corner/
if yes;
do you use samthing on sidebar?
if yes try to switch off and see...

Windows 10 mouse pointer is stuck at the top left corner

My mouse cursor jumps and gets stuck at the top left corner of the screen. What is the solution for this?
