Windows 10: My mouse jitters/rubberbands

So what happens when i try to drag my mouse, is the cursor stays in a general place, but wherever I drag it, it flickers where it should go, but it doesnt go further then a couple inches. Where it does go, I cant click anything it hovers over. Had anyone had this problem? What should I do?

Mouse "jitters" when movin fast

This issue may arise due to driver conflicts. We will assist you to resolve the issue.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall keyboard drivers and check if it helps.

Steps to uninstall and reinstall driver.

• Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
• In the list of devices, you should see the Mouse drivers.
• Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
• In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
• In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes”
  option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

jitter mouse movement in games.

Please provide us with the following information to understand the issue and assist you better:

• Which is the current operating system on your device?
• What exactly do you mean by : When going back to windows 7, the issue came with me?

If you are currently running Windows 7, I suggest you to download the chipset drivers from the computer manufacturer's website and install them.

Also I suggest you to contact the Logitech support team and check if there is any issues with the mouse.

Mouse jitters in middle of screen and can't move it

• What is the make and model of your laptop?
• Can you navigate the laptop using only the keyboard?
• Aside from testing the hard drive using another computer, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
