Windows 10: My mouse keeps connecting and disconnecting I have tried more than 1 mouse and they all...

I have a logitech 500 & an amazon basic USB mouse. They both work fine with my chrome book. The amazon mouse will simply disconnect and stop working altogether with my windows 10 pc, even unplugging it and plugging back into another USB doesn't reconnect it.the logitech mouse will keep working sort of, it reconnects and does the same thing regardless of which USB port I use, all my other USB devices work fine, keyboards, game controllers, flash drives etc.It only happens with MICE.the logitec mouse will also randomly move the pointer to the top right corner of the screen and click rando

Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse keeps Disconnecting in Windows 10

Ever since I got this mouse around 3 months ago, my Microsoft Sculpt Touch keeps disconnecting and freezing up. The frequency varies but it can get as bad as 4 times in 2 hours. I have only used the mouse on Windows 10. Although I am currently using the
Insider version of Windows, this has happened prior to updating to Insider and thus is not an Insider issue.

It doesn't seem to be a Bluetooth issue as I can connect and stay connected to my Bluetooth speaker just fine.

Things I have tried already:

• Reinstall Mouse and Keyboard Center and update
• Looked through all relevant categories in device manager-><item>->power management and unchecked "allow windows to turn off device"
  • Qualcomm Atheros Bluetoooth, a few under Human Interface Devices such as Microsoft Hardware Bluetooth Device, etc
• Reinstalled and updated drivers

None of the suggestions have helped. Could someone give guidance on how to fix this? I feel like I have gone through most of the common suggestions for fixing this issue.

 

Bluetooth Mouse randomly connects/disconnects

My brother has a Lennovo Notebook with Windows 10. He also has a Microsoft Designer Mouse (Bluetooth) connected to it. Now, just suddenly two weeks ago the mouse pointer did not move smooth anymore. Also the mouse connects and disconnects randomly and also
at quite some speed. He bought a new mouse (same mouse) and still the same story. He connected my MS Sculpt Mouse.... and still the same story. I have updated the Lennovo Bluetooth drivers but the problem persist. I searched for drivers for the mouse but couldnt
find any. Any suggestions please?
