Windows 10: My mouse keeps going to the top of the screen, how can I fix it?

I have an issue where if you move the mouse too quickly it will go to the top of the screen, I think its the mouse problem because when I use another mouse it doesn't happen. I'm wondering if theres a way to fix it or it is the computers fault.

How to fix mouse cursor that keeps dragging itself back to the top right corner of the screen?

When I opened my laptop today, the mouse is suddenly stuck on the top right corner of the screen. The mouse and trackpad is working properly, but the cursor just keep dragging itself back to the top right corner. I have tried updating and reinstalling the mouse driver, restarting multiple times, and checking my mouse settings. But it still couldn't work. How do I fix this?

I suggest you to run the Hardware and device troubleshooter and check.

• 
  Type “troubleshooting” in the search box and click on
  troubleshooter
  
• 
  In the left pane, click on View all
  
• 
  Now click on Hardware and device and follow the on screen instructions.
  

I suggest you to Un-install and Re-install Mouse drivers in compatibility mode and check if it works.

Refer the steps to install a driver in compatibility mode:

• 
  Right click on the setup file of the driver and select
  Properties
  
• 
  Select Compatibility Tab
  
• 
  Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.

Issues with the On screen keyboard and mouse pointer.

The issues with the mouse may arise due to driver conflicts and the issue related to the On Screen keyboard may be when the settings for the OSK are turned on.

For the On screen keyboard issue, I suggest you to follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Ease of Access on the search bar.
  
• 
  Choose Ease of Access and click on
  Use the Computer without a mouse or keyboard option.
  
• 
  Check if the Type using a pointing device is turned on.
  
• 
  You may uncheck that option if it is turned on.
  

Also try the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + R and type
  Services.msc.
  
• 
  Scroll down to find the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service".
  
• 
  Disable the option by right clicking on it.
  

For the Mouse issue:

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Hardware
and Devices.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.
