Windows 10: My mouse microsoft mouse 3600, start to lag when i connect to wifi.

Hallo. I have an Asus X407UB. Recently I purchased a microsoft mouse 3600. In the last time, when i connect to wifi and use the mouse with bluetooth, it starts to lag, and the pointer works as a very slow speed. I think is a problem with some drivers, because it always ocurr without prior notice, and because of that it works perfectly before or that.


I have tried to roll back it to previous drivers, in device administration, but it still works with lag. the only solution that has worked for me is to restore windows, but a few hours after this, the problem starts again, perhaps due to the driver update. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thank you very much in advance.


Ps: i have tried to do a clean boot of the system and then i coudn't log in my account, i had to used a emergency disk for keep my pc working. =

Microsoft mouse 3600 undetectable

I bought the Microsoft mouse 3600 bluetooth yesterday. First time it paired up with my Asus T300 Chi laptop. But when I wanted to use it the second time it was not detected. Uninstalled it already from my bluetooth list. Tried pushing the button at the bottom
for 5 seconds so it will get into connect mode. But none of these actions worked. Mouse remains undetectable.

I however can connect the mouse to my Samsung note 4. Also can connect my samsung Note 4 to my laptop. So the issue is between the microsoft mouse 3600 bluetooth and my T300 Chi laptop.

Hopefully someone can help me!

Do let us know if you have tried the below:

• Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
• Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
• What is the complete error message of this issue?

Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.

Microsoft bluetooth mouse 3600 paired but not working "the solution"

If your Microsoft bluetooth mouse 3600 stopped working

here is the steps to solve it:

1. remove the device from the Bluetooth connected devices

2. https://www.microsoft.com/accessori...mobile-mouse-3600/pn7-00001#techspecs-connect (chose downloads then download mouse and keyboard center for your windows version "will be detected automatically" )

3. install the download application

4. pair your microsoft mouse

5. the application will detect the mouse

6. its working now
