Windows 10: My mouse pointer automatically changes to black low resolution pointer when the computer...

Hello,I was facing this issue with this mouse pointer when the system goes to busy, it changes to low-res black pointer. And it is such that the mouse is like invisible and visible at some points of the cursor, and it becomes hardly to notice. I couldn't find any solution all over the internet, I guess I am the first one having this issue!!Also, it happens so randomly , i mean not every time it does happen when an application goes busy. So, I couldn't record or at least screenshot the issue since the mouse pointer is not noticeable when performing the screenshot.I know this issue is not that i

1. Start button (bottom left)
2. Control Panel
3. Hardware and sound
4. Mouse
5. The Pointers tab
6. Under scheme, select the pointer you want

I use the Windows Black Extra Large

A suggestion:

on the Pointer options tab

Check the box next to automatically move the pointer to the default button

If you want to use a pointer that is not on the list, you can download it online. After that, go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers tab again, then click
Browse.

Mouse Pointers

I have changed my mouse pointer to a large black arrow. Named the theme and saved it

Frequently I boot up or start an application and the pointer has changed to the default theme. My named theme is in the list and I an select it and I have the large black arrow back. Can I make this theme persistent or make it default?
