Windows 10: My mouse scroll wheel barely scrolls/scrolls the wrong way - Possible Huion tablet issue?

I've had an issue for months now. I can't use my scroll wheel because it will barely scroll, lag, or go the wrong way if it scrolls at all. Any idea why?Things I tried:This issue first appeared on Windows 7. I upgraded to Windows 10 since then and the issue has persisted.I tried reinstalling mouse drivers.I tried different USB ports on back and front of my PC.I went through like 3 different mice and the issue persisted.Cleaning my mouse But this wouldn't matter anyway since I went through 3 brand new mice.Scanned and found no viruses or malware.I tried changing mouse settings/scroll speed, w

There can be numerous causes of the issue that you're having with your mouse scroll wheel speed such as outdated drivers, dirt, damaged cables, and more. To correct such issue, we suggest that you adjust the scroll speed of your mouse wheel using the steps
below:

• Click Start > Settings.
• Go to Devices > Mouse & touchpad.
• Under Choose how many lines to scroll each time, move the slider to the right to make the speed of your mouse wheel faster.

Logitech G603 Mouse Scrolling Issues

Hi all,
For some time now I have been having really frustrating scrolling problems - not just with this mouse, but I have tried 2 others with the same results. When scrolling with the wheel, the screen will scroll a short way ( up or down) and then scroll the other way - like a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back! The number of lines scrolling is also random at times, but NEVER smooth. So annoying. I have tried all the mouse wheel stuff in control panel. Having to use the scroll bars is annoying
