Windows 10: My mouse sometimes move get freeze (about 0.5s) while using!

Sorry for my bad English. Windows 10 is good but I get a trouble. My mouse sometimes move be freeze (about 0.5s) while using, sometime my mouse work normal. I have checked my mouse (all mouses I have) on another systems they work normal. While the error occur, I see the light of mouse turn off and turn on very fast (because it freeze 0.5s). It is very uncomfortable. I try to plug in and out but can't fix it. I have tried to use another system my mouse is good. Can I fix it? Do I have to reinstall the windows! I am so tired! @@
