Windows 10: My mouse stops working and doesn’t work until I press the physical power button on the...

So I use my computer for gaming on and off from 2:30 to 8:00. the computer doesn’t get overheated too much I make sure it doesn’t. I run windows 11 and I have tried using 3 different mice and they all have the same problem. I even checked drivers for all of them everything is fine but I do notice that when I’m just on google and not moving my mouse rapidly, it has no issues as soon as I get on a game it started freezing then eventually stops moving. I ran a full computer scan using my antivirus to see if any malware was affecting it and even cleaned my computer of junk files cookies and all

Side button on G502 stopped working

Hello,

I've been using my G502 mouse for a long time , and it's great, recently however my side button (the "forward" button) has stopped working.

I use this button alot when browsing and I don't know why but it no longer does it's function so I'm asking if anyone might be able to help me in this. I installed Logitech Gaming Software to check if maybe the button is unbinded but everything is normal. I also unplugged/plugged my mouse to see if it works and also restarting my PC, however still nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions , I really like this mouse and would love to fix any problem it has.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Press physical power button won't turn off computer when not login

I'm running windows 10 home edition on Intel NUC mini computer. When computer startup without login, if I press physical power button, windows has no response and not turn off. If hold power button for long seconds, it restart windows, then press power button
again, it shut down.

Physical power button works to turn off computer when:

1. If login windows, everything works gracefully.

2. If login and login out, it works.

3. In any case, restart the computer and not login, it works.

It just never work when computer started and not login! Wired behavior. But this is the must behavior we need. Because the computer is sealed in a box, without keyboard, without mouse, without display. When computer starts, a scheduled task launched and
run a program in the background to interactive with a wireless device. When user press power button, we just want it to trigger system shut down event to turn off computer, just the same as user press shutdown button by mouse.
