  1. My mouse stops working if I unplug and replug it

So this is kind of a wierd situation where I have a dell monitor that has USB ports on it so when I close the monitor the devices connected will disconnect until I reopen it. And there is an issue where I have a Corsair wireless mouse that when my computer starts with it connected it works fine but when I unplug it and it switches to wireless the its stuck in wireless because if I replug it to use wired it doesn't work and If I close my monitor and reopen my monitor it doesn't work at all the only way I'm able to get it to work is by restarting the computer everytime I want to use it.. it's no

    Mouse stopped working all-together

I'm not sure if this kind of thing should be posted in another category (if that's the case, I apologize) but, oh well. My mouse is a jedel brand wired gaming mouse. It had been working just fine for the past 3-ish months i've had it. An hour or so ago, the cursor stopped moving. I luckily was able to look up a fix online and dealt with that. 5 minutes later, the cursor just straight up vanished. I looked up a fix for that as well and it worked for a while (In both cases I had to uninstall the drivers and restart my computer) but after another 5 or so minutes passed by, it vanished again, and I have not been able to fix it. I tried everything that's cited on the internet, including official Windows 10 tutorials, to no avail. If anyone has a solution (that isn't "get a new mouse", too obvious, and I would have done it if I wasn't low on cash), feel free to post it below. I would really appreciate it, since my pc is practically unusable for the time being.
Extra: Here is a list of things I've tried:
-Repeatedly unplug and replug the mouse
-Plug it into different USB ports
    -Update it's drivers
-Uninstall it's drivers (dozens of times)
-Disable "hide mouse while typing" in the mouse settings
-Unplug the mouse until the device manager refreshes and doesn't display it, and then replug it
    -Restart my computer
    -Turn off my computer

  3. Wireless USB Adapter has to be unplugged and replugged

Every now and then my wireless USB adapter has to be unplugged and replugged because for some reason its performance just gets worse and worse with time. I'll plug it in and get full internet speed 18Mbps down with full bars and then slowly it just drops to 48, 32, 11... with like 2 bars.

Once I unplug and replug, bam full speed again.

Am I doomed to just doing this or is their a fix? Google provided little input.
