Windows 10: My MP3 file wont play error code:0x80070003

I'm on Windows 11 and tried to play an mp3 file off a USB thumb drive and I received a message that said: "We couldn't open 06-No.More Mister. Nice, Guy.mp3 as we can't get to your storage right now. Wait a bit, then try again. 0x80070003". Is there any way to fix this?
