My msi RX 6500 XT is crashing randomly when I play games.

My PC recently received a new msi RX 6500 XT and it starts crashing with a black screen on my screen.

My setup:

Motherboard: H310M

CPU: i3-9100F

Ram: HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB×1

GPU: msi RX 6500 XT (original GPU is GT 1030)

Power supply: FSP+ 550W Bronze

My PC crashes mostly when I was playing Forza Horizon 5 and Roblox, and Forza Horizon 5 sometimes tell me "Your RAM is not enough, the game might be unstable." although I am running the game with the required game specs on lowest graphic I can get. Roblox also crashes randomly while I was playing, but if I play other games on steam, my pc usually don't crash.

Please tell me if there is any way to solve this problem, thanks.

Hi, thank you so much for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the event logs you have, there are multiple gaming bar and anti-cheat errors on the PC, moreover, for us to sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Uninstall EasyAntiCheat:

Press the Windows key + R and type in:

%appdata%\easyanticheat

Then hit OK

Delete the EasyAntiCheat folder then restart the PC and check.

Note: If you have third-party anti-virus I suggest to uninstall it as well and if none works, I suggest to reinstall the game.

Method 2. Run a clean installation of the GPU driver:

We need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Step 1. Completely uninstall the AMD GPU Driver using the steps from this link:

Step 2. Reinstall the AMD Graphics driver using the steps from the link below:

Install AMD Radeon and automatically detect the AMD driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/rs-install
