Windows 10: My my Avast Antivirus just read you allowed Windows 10 Host Process to activate your...

I closed my Camera that obviously opened up all by itself today. My Antivirus read "You've allowed Host Process to Activate your Camera" is that a bad thing? I had to X out of it to close it & that's when it popped up.

You do not need avast! Antivirus which has been becoming more of a disappointment for the past several years and I no longer recommend it.

  to advertisers

Further, avast! pushes a support package for $180 offered by a third party which prefers to take remote control of your computer in order to fix problems.

Avast Antivirus

I had exactly the same problem and AVAST antivirus was the cause.

Once AVAST was uninstalled, Windows 10 worked great.

now I need to determine which antivirus is best for Windows 10!
