Windows 10: My Netflix and Disney+ apps don't open

Hello!Whenever I want to open my Disney+ and Netflix apps it just refreshes the microsoft store page. I tried reinstalling, opening them as admin and nothing worked for me so far. It doesn't show any error message, anything. Just refreshes the page. I have a good internet connection

If Disney said it is a Microsoft Decision, that is not true, all companies, like Disney, WhatsApp, FaceBook, Netflix . . etc. developer their own Apps, and then put them up on the various stored, like the Microsoft Store, the Google App Store . . etc.

It is not Microsoft that would produce that App, it is Disney that would produce the App for the Windows platform, and so far, they have not decided to do that . ..

 

Netflix

There could be a number of factors as to why you are having issues launching the Netflix app. This could be caused by a software conflict or due to an issue with the application itself.

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

If yes try another browser and check

If you are using the app then uninstall the application. Do a restart and install it back and check
