Windows 10: MY NEW 31.5 INCHES MONITOR IS SHOWING LAG . COULD IF BE MY VIDEO CARD

Hello friends, and Happy New Year to all of you from Spain. I have a LENOVO THINKPAD LAPTOP with a CORE I7 VPRO; it uses a NVIDIA QUADRO T1000.I decided to buy a much larger monitor and went for a LENOVO THINKVISION P32PZ-30 31.5 inches. I am connecting the two with an ultra-high-speed HDMI to HDMI 8K ULTRA HD. Yet the new monitor image is not flowing right as it shows some lag when I want to watch, let's say, YouTube videos using the full size of the screen. If I minimize it to the default, there is no lag in your tube's smaller window. My internet connection is fiber optic and cable from t

Since you don't game, I would see how well the 1050 Ti works... first. It's the resolution and the VRAM that you need to be concerned with. I believe the next step up from 8GB is 12GB I'm running a RTX 2070 - 8GB on a 30" screen (2560 x 1600), with no issues... even when gaming. For just photo/art work, you may be OK with the 1050 Ti - 8GB, at 3840 x 2160 Here's the 12GB cards, sorted by price, lowest to highest... new monitor shows using color profile of monitor number ?

.got the new benQ 32 inch monitor which is supposed to have great color out of the box. so Im wanting to use its profile. however I have a monitor number 2 that uses a callibrated profile for that monitor. in display the profile listed for the new monitor is also the old profile. see attached pic. so how can I disconnect that old profile from the new monitor and use the new monitor's native profile?
