Windows 10: my new amazon fire tablet wont accept my password

Discus and support my new amazon fire tablet wont accept my password in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I just received my Amazon Fire Tablet HD8. I use Windows 10.     I just received my Amazon Fire Tablet HD8. I use Windows 10. The tablet wont accept my Microsoft password.

    Xbox live settings for minecraft pocket edition on Amazon fire

    My son played minecraft on his amazon fire 8. We bought the app and it is also on 2 other fire tablets. His tablet wont let it load anymore. It opens to a black screen then white screen that says minecraft then it goes back to the fire home page. I have
    uninstalled reinstalled talked with amazon and factory reset twice. Am i missing something?
