    My New Canon Printer Stopped Printing


    I recently purchased a CanonTS9120, installed it, & it worked perfectly for three days. Then it stopped printing. After multiple tries, restarts, etc., I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. It said the installation was successful and I printed one document -- then it stopped printing again. The printer says it's good to go and it does show up in "Device Manager"; however, it is not available to choose in "Devices & Printers". I am at a total loss regarding what to do next. Can you help, please?

    Canon printer won't print

    Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot

    Scroll down

    Click Printer

    Click Run the Troubleshooter

    When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

    If that does not work...

    Please try the steps recommended below to uninstall printer software

    Press Windows key + X, click Apps & Features or Programs and Features

    Select your Canon printer.

    Select Uninstall.

    Press Windows key + R, type control, hit Enter

    Open Devices and Printers.

    In the Devices and Printers window look for your Canon Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

    Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

    Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

    Click on Drivers tab.

    Look for Canon Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.

    Select OK.

    Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

    Close Devices and Printers.

    Proceed to reinstall the driver.

    I have win10 and Canon LBP6020 printer and it stopped printing today. I've updated the drivers but it just doesn't work
