Windows 10: my new computer is freezing constantly.

I have been through the whole process of elimination for possible causes. This is not a ram issue, not an overheating issue, and not a driver issue. The computer will be running fine and everything operational until a random moment when the computer freezes. The background picture on the laptop will "overlap" and that is the sign that everything is frozen and I have to hold down the power button to restart the computer

My new ASUS computer running Windows 10 constantly freezes and requires a hard restart to overcome the problem. Please Help.

Computer freezes up constantly for several seconds at a time.

I got a yellow and a blue page. Not sure what that means.







I ran chkdsk /f /r overnight. When I came back in the morning it was at the login screen.

My comp is still freezing up but not as badly as it was.
