Windows 10: MY new computer meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11, but it says I don't. HELP!!

This is my setup below. I've been gradually trying to build my computer.I'm so close. I've got the bootable device with Windows 11 on it and the hardware set up, and now I'm ready.I suspect it has something to do with the BIOS settings, but I need help navigating that. My friend, who has been helping me, recommended I contact someone at Windows to help me. I sent a request out 24 hours ago and still waiting.Here is an imge of the computer.

Ian, this is why Microsoft kept the option of upgrading to Windows 11 open with a disclaimer.

I'm already on Windows 11, and yet my PC "does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11"

Most computers running Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

There are multiple methods to bypass the supported requirements.

The computer's Intel CPU (i7-6700HQ) was compared to the Windows 11 Intel supported list.

It was not seen on the list.
