I've just purchased a new PC with Windows 11 Home and it is shutting down and restarting unexpectedly, the first failure was when moving files to an from a NAS and the most recent failure was while playing a game Company of Heroes 3. There was also an earlier failure when installing software but there is no dump file from this critical event.The first failure reported the following bugcheck error:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000018b 0x00000000005d001e, 0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8006086030f, 0xffffffffffffffff. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\03

Debugging BOSD and need help understanding bug

Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)

1) Move the page file from E: to C:

2) Reboot

3) Make sure that C: has > 30 GB free space during the troubleshooting

4) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

Upgrade the BIOS: 2603 > 3006

7) List all hardware connected to USB ports

8) After the next BSOD search for C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link with only the zipped memory dump (only a zipped memory dump)

 

Windows 10 unexpectedly restarting

I encountered a very strange problem after installing Java JDK 8. Whenever I create a new Java project in Eclipse Luna, my computer unexpectedly restarts without any warning or anything else.

I'm pretty sure the culprit is JDK 8 because I uninstalled it and ran a game to check if it's not graphics card issue or anything.

After reinstalling the JDK, the same problem occurs again.

I seriously need help on this as I want to create a college assignment.

I'm currently running a 64-bit system. 
The JDK I installed was also 64-bit. 
I also installed JDK 32-bit, but encountered same problem. 
Same thing happens with JDK 7.
