my new laptop came with windows 11 I just purchased windows 365 to get Microsoft Word. I cannot open a new doc with a toolbar visible, or I have hidden the toolbar because I have clicked the wrong thing. How do i open a new doc with the toolbar visible so i an write a simple letter?

Office 365 Renewal via Purchase on New Windows Laptop

My Office 365 subscription expired today. However, I had purchased a new Lenovo laptop on 11/23/18 and along with the laptop, I purchased an Office 365 subscription and was expecting to see my Microsoft account be updated with that purchase information
and new subscription information.

How do I get the Office 365 purchase from Lenovo to register in my Microsoft account, so that all my devices have access to the renewed subscription?

I purchased aa HP laptop with Windows 11 installed. I can not access Windows because my old subscription expired. How to I get my Windows running?

Hi Emily,

I understand that Microsoft 365 is a bundle and that Windows is not. However, the new laptop had "Windows 11 Home in S Mode" listed on the label. I assumed it came with Windows 11. It just seems like it should be running for a year before they hit you up for a subscription.
