Windows 10: my new laptop got a sudden stop when i was playing a game it is not responding to any buttons

i was playing valorant in my laptop suddenly it stopped.I tried the power button but still it is not reponding. its still ON not even a bit changing from how it was.its fans are still working.someone please respond fast.

System Stopped Responding aka Freezed

Hi I have a laptop that is about three years old compaq and it is very sluggish and google chrome stops responding and games won't play properly - help
