Windows 10: My new laptop is randomly flickering green - help?

Context: I purchased the LENOVO Yoga Slim 7 Pro X i7 512GB the other week, after 10 days the lower half the screen was flickering. I returned it to the store and they exchanged it for a brand new one. Current issue: I collected the new laptop yesterday and today the screen - during my MS Teams call - is flickering green! I asked those in the meeting if they were experiencing the same thing or if it was just me... turns out it was just me. I have no idea what's going on. Is this another laptop I should just return and get a refund? Thank you for taking the time to read and for any input!

Screen flickering in safe mode help!

  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

A green line keeps on flickering my laptop screen.

I was casually using my laptop when a green line appeared on my display. For a few minutes, it started to flicker causing my display monitor to flicker colors like green, cyan, and blue. I tried to roll back my driver but it's still there. I know this is a minor problem, but it's literally annoying me.

I noticed that my fan is a little bit dusty. That may be the root cause of the green flickering?
