Windows 10: My new laptop won't switch out of S mode

My brand new laptop with Windows 10 OS, won't switch out of S Mode. I was able to disable it for about 4 days then it reverted back to it on it's own. When I try and switch out I get a pop up that there's something wrong on thier end and to wait. This has been the case for 4 days. Any advice on how to fix this issue?


I find it odd that it went back on it's own when the page says you cannot switch back once you turn it off. Also I've updated the Microsoft Store, and check daily for other updates in hopes this issue has been fixed, to no luck.

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.
