    My new Legion 5i speaker audio is low and muffled on max.


    This is a brand new laptop that I have just bought. As the title explains it, my audio level is low, even more so when I boot up a game. Furthermore, the audio sounds muffled and is similar to how the hands-free audio profile for Bluetooth sounds. I suspect it is a settings problem.

    Low quality/muffled Audio on Windows 10

    I've clean booted while only enabling "Realtek Audio Service", "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder", and "Windows Audio" services. when connecting an external speaker, the sound is still low and muffled

    Oh yes, the audio is also being disabled under clean boot. You can try checking a service related to audio and enable it. When you connect an external speaker, does it sound low and muffled as well? Thank you.
