    My new Microsoft sculpt keyboard and mouse are not working properly.


    Half the time my keyboard does not want to type or it adds several characters or will not add a character and then my mouse half the time it does not scroll like it should and the mouse cursor will stick and freeze very frustrating and not a fan

    Pairing a new mouse with a Sculpt Keyboard

    I need to buy a replacement mouse that will pair with my Sculpt keyboard so that i only need one transceiver. I am not convenienced that buying a Sculpt mouse alone will pair with the keyboard. Any suggestions?

    Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth Mouse doesn't work properly

    I’ve been using a Microsoft sculpt ergonomic keyboard and mouse on my computer without any problems.

    I purchased and installed a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth Mouse a few days ago and it hasn’t operated consistently well.

    I paired the mouse to the latest windows 10 pro build successfully. The mouse will work for a while and then begin to jerk while moving the mouse or it’ll freeze. To get the mouse to work properly again, I have to go back
    to the Bluetooth devises page, show the mouse it’s connected, and it starts working properly again.

    I’m assuming the Bluetooth connection isn’t working consistently for whatever reason. Hope you can improve this operation in future builds.

    I understand that you are facing issues while using the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard on your PC as it stops working. For more clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.



    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    3. Does the issue occurs while using a specific application or all the applications?
    4. Is the trans-receiver for the keyboard connected properly to the PC?


    Meanwhile, you can try re-installing the drivers and Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center for the keyboard and check if that helps. You can download the drivers from the

    Microsoft website    .



    If the issue persists, please get back to us with the results of troubleshooting steps to assist you better.
