Windows 10: My new pc is stuck on a restart loop and need help

Hello I have built my new pc, after I plugged in my usb with windows installer tool my pc crashed when trying to install windows and at around the 4th time trying when I turned it back on instead of showing me the installer menu it crashed and restarted again but now its on a loop where it crashes and restarts every time after I turn it on if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me thank you.

• What are the options that you see under Options and boot options? If you can, please post here a screen shot.
  
• Was there a new hardware installed?
• Were there new apps installed?
• Have you done any recent driver updates?
• What is the current build and version of your Windows 10?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?
