Windows 10: My new Proline V146 Laptop continues to show an Windows Error

I received my new Proline V146 yesterday and wanted to start the device after charging. The screen displayed a message " Just a moment" for an hour and I shut the device down. After restarting the device went to defaultuser0 login and required a password which I did not have. I followed the steps to reset the device and it was perfect until the device went off while windows was still installing. When I started the device again there was a error message displaying on the screen " The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
