Windows 10: My new Razer blade stealth 13 keeps logging me in then immediately logging me back out

I got the Razer blade stealth 13 laptop yesterday and this is the first time this is started happening, I don't know if I should post about here or on some other subreddit.

When ever I restart the laptop it give somewhere around 2 minutes until it logs me out and asks me for facial recognition and if I click on the screen it will ask for my password, when I put it in it opens, then immediately brings me back to the login page.

Can anyone help with this?

Razer Launches New Blade Stealth with 13.3-inch Display and Gunmetal Color

Razer, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, today announced its upgraded 13.3-inch version of the award-winning 12.5-inch Razer Blade Stealth. The new Razer Blade Stealth is one of the most portable laptops for professionals in the world, measuring 0.52 inches thin, weighing 2.93 pounds and with up to nine hours of battery life.
