Windows 10: My new Thinkpad will BSOD once Office 2024 AND Visual Studio 2022 are installed

I bought a new ThinkPad with a Intel Ultra Core 9.64GG ram2TB SSD.I have tried reimaging and reinstalling several times.I use Visual Studio and Outlook.Visual Studio runs fine until I install Office 2024, download all my email.Then when I reboot, BSOD.Sometimes I can get it to boot and be ok, but the second I launch VS 2022, I don't even get the opening logo, just BSOD...I have taken it to the company that sold me the system they are an authorized Lanovo reseller and they did several days of testing to tell me the HW is fine.Really need some help here

How can I associate my Visual Studio 2022 install with Visual Studio installer?

I have a Visual Studio 2022 install, I want to add components to it but Visual Studio Installer says "No products are installed"

Clicking the button from the Visual Studio installer shows this window (I can't add the image, so I will symbolically type it out):

How can I associate it back? I don't want to re-install Visual Studio
