    My new user account doesn’t let me do anything


    I created a new user account without a Microsoft account, and at first when I signed in that new account after the automatic setup, it went black for some time. Then it displayed a desktop with only Edge browser and files explorer available, files explorer is not even loading, settings icon on this desktop say I need a new app to open ms-actioncenter. This doesn’t happen when I sign into a user account I created with a Microsoft account, please I need help. I’m using HP EliteBook G4 850 windows 11.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    internet explorer doesn´t load any page

    I tryed all 3 methods but got no success.

    The funny thing is that IE is working fine on a new created test account (like method 3 suggests) but after this I switch back to my account and confirm IE is useless.

    In sum IE not working on my account which is the admin one, but it is working on other accounts I create.

    Doesn´t make sense to me...

    New Account/User Issues

    Hi,

    When you create a new user account, Windows uses the Default user profile as a template to construct the files for the newly created user account. You might be experiencing issues creating new accounts due to a corrupt Default profile. To
    resolve the issue, we suggest reinstating the Default folder in the
    Users directory by following these steps:

    • Log in as an administrator.
    • Open the C:\Users folder using Windows Explorer.
    • Rename the Default user profile folder to Default.OLD.
    • Download a zip of C:\Users\Default from a Windows 10 installation that doesn't have this problem.
    • Unzip the non-corrupt Default profile into C:\Users.
    • Try logging in to the new user account and check if the problem is resolved.

    Let us know how it turns out.
