Windows 10: My Newish Computer Constantly Crashes. Can anyone help?

I bought a fairly nice new laptop HP Envyx360 a couple of years ago but only recently started using it regularly a couple of weeks ago when my old one died. Since I started using it, it has been crashing to that blue screen quite frequently, as often as 5-10 times a day & seemingly at random, often shortly after it comes out of sleep mode & I unlock it or while I am not even doing anything on it at the time it crashes. The most recent of the crashes gave the error "Watchdog Violation" but I have seen several others as well. Any suggestions as to how to go about fixing it, as it is

My computer is crashing every time I turn on my computer. It crashes after around 15 minute. After it crashes once, it crashes right away right before or after the welcome screen. Before it crashes, my screen fuzzes, sometimes it doesn't. I tried a lot of things by deleting my graphics driver completely using ddu program or something like that and reinstall only the display driver. Please help

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?
