Windows 10: My notebook has 2 indentified screens despite not being connected to any other monitor

Everytime I restart my Dell G15 ryzen 7 6800h version it show 2 screens on the screen menu as shown below.However, I dont have neither ever had any other external monitor connected to it.Also, due to this bug, the brightness control in the action center is greyed out.I can solve the issue by changing the option to only show in the screen 1, but everytime I shut down my notebook it goes back to the screen 2 and the problem persists.Any ideas?

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

Dual Monitors Duplicating

I have an HP envy laptop and have connected 2 HP monitors to it, the 2 monitors screens are duplicated and not seperate screens, I have downloaded all the latest windows updates, the drivers for graphics cards and still no look, both monitors are detected
as the 2nd screen when I click indentify, please help, thanks
