Windows 10: My number keys do random things

When i pressed my top like 123456789 keys not all do it but like i have tried 1 and 4 it does random things like for the fourth one it writes random letters deletes some and does weird things for example if i press 4 it writes this <r tè-_i!> without the < and > and for the 1 key it like pressed random keys then opens the ctrl + alt + suppr menu i really do not know why it does this but its really annoying because i cant use my number keys anymore

CTRL key doing random things

Hi, I noticed that i had my CTRL key doing random things like its opening random apps like powerpoint and word. it is also automatically typing this word `+ and it also mutes my volume and opens magnifier. This problem is totally irritating me as i couldn't copy or paste with these shortcuts. The Other ctrl is also not working. Someone Please give me a solution as fast as possible to this . Thank You

I tried the suggestion, however it did not work on my HP Laptop. I wish it had.

 

Generating Random Numbers (Need help ASAP!)

Working on a math problem.

• First, I need to generate a random integer from 1 to 6. I need to keep doing this until I get the number 3. I need to record how many numbers had to be generated.
• Second, I need to generate random integers from 1 to 6 until I have picked every number once. Again, I need to know how many numbers were generated.

I need to do each situation a certain number of times (which is up to me) to get an average of how many numbers had to be generated in order to meet the condition.

Being the overachiever that I am, I'd like to generate an absurd number of trials. So I want to do the first situation a huge number of times and then get the average. Same for situation 2. Is there any way I could use my computer to do this? My Q6600 is on Windows and my 2GHz Core Duo laptop runs Ubuntu.
