Windows 10: my number pad + sign isnt working unless i hold the shift key.

the / * - all works fine on the number pad without holding shift but for me to press the + i have to hold shift first.

Number Pad behavior when holding the Shift key.

Currently the behavior of the number pad while Num-Lock is engaged is for Num-Lock to be temporarily disengaged when holding the shift key. For example pressing Shift + Numpad_1 whith Num-Lock on will be recognized as pressing the End key.

How can I stop Shift from temporarily disabling Num-Lock?

I want Shift+Numpad_1 to be recognized as such and not as End etc.

 

Ctrl,shift and alt keys are working with number pad but window key combination not working

I have attached external keyboard from Lenovo to DELL laptop with 64bit win10. When I tried to use Ctrl,shift and alt keys with number combination from number pad, its working but with windows key combination the numbers from num pad is not working. I have to use the numbers which is top from the letters, which is making difficult to open/switch taskbar items. Any suggestion/solution will be highly appreciated.

 

Shift + number keys not giving expected symbols

I have same problem, SHIFT/ALT 2, I guess. I'd still like a full list of key shortcuts, please.

It doesnt.. instead it makes this " (a paranthesis). Same with Shift and 3 keyboard, it makes a slash instead of the usual number sign.

Still, if I wanna make the at sign, I gotta hold down ALT and then key 2... see... @"
