Windows 10: my numbers on the keypad DO NOT work except the first opening with passcode

I have plugged in 3 different keyboards, none of the numbers on the keypad work except the first opening of windows to put in my passcode. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, and then restarting windows. I have tried updating drivers but still not working. Num lock is off, I have tried multiply answers on the web.

Numbers Keypad opens apps as well as typing numbers


I'm talking about the keypad at the right end of the keyboard.
When I press some number keys, apps open; if I use the numbers at the top of the keyboard, they work as usual.
I can't find this specific issue anywhere online.




1 opens Google Chrome
4 opens the volume level
7 opens the calculator
2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 work normally
Nothing is turned on in "Ease of access center"
I checked Google Chrome, and the 1 key is not set up as a shortcut



How do I stop the numbers keypad from doing this?

With "G3" do you mean "3G"?

With "Noika F156", you presumably refer to some Nokia device, but I have no idea what a F156 is (I don't know of any Nokia phones or accessories by that name).

In any case, if you are trying to pair two Bluetooth devices, you enter the same passcode on both devices. It doesn't matter what the passcode is, as long as it is numbers/digits (Nokia devices work only with digits) and same on both devices.

If the other device has a fixed passcode (e.g., it is a Bluetooth headset without any keypad/display where to enter any codes), then the passcode could be 0000, or it could be 1234, or it could be part of the devices serial number, or it might be provided separately
(a paper, sticker, printed in the User Guide of the device, etc.).

 

number keypad only works to login

My number keypad works to open my laptop but not at any other time.
