Windows 10: My Nvidia 1050 Ti is missing after a restart

My graphics driver is always missing when I restart my pc. it started when my ethernet driver is not working properly so I decided to reset my pc. After that, I am still experiencing the same issue. After I switched routers to fix my problem, suddenly, my graphics driver is not working properly. I tried to remove and attach it again but it is still not working. I also tried to use DDU to clean install my graphics driver but it is still not working so what I do every time I experience this problem is to restart it over and over, sometimes booting to safe mode until my graphics drivers appear ag
