Windows 10: My Old Computer ran faster with spinning disk ran faster than my new computer ran with SSD

I have just bought a more modern computer Dell 7050 with 1 terrabyte SSD disk running Windows 10 split into "C" and "D" drivesIt has Intel Core i7 @3.50 ghz and 64GB RAMMy 12 year old Dell Prescision had 0.5 terrabyte Spinning disk running Windows 10 split into "C" and "D" drives32GB RAM operated much quicker than the new machine yet it has only 32gb Ram and IntelR Xeon CPU X5680 @3.33GHZI am at a lost to reason why.I would have the the SSD computer would be much fasterRegards Jeff

Device ran into a problem with spinning dots

My computer recently had the windows installation error because I wanted it back at factory settings, I managed to fix it somewhat when changing the registry number or smth from 1 to 3 and automatic repair showed up with many options.And now it just endlessly loads with the spinning dots and after some time it will say this device ran into a problem please help.Please note I can’t use a windows disc as the laptop can’t even use discs.

 

My PC ran into a problem..

Step 1: Explain what the problem is.

Computer not responding properly.

It hangs always.

I can't even able to open file explorer.

And finally PC ran into a problem and get into blue screen error and shows that error is due to memory management.
