Windows 10: My old jpg file will not open

Discus and support My old jpg file will not open in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have images from the early 2000's that will not open.     I have images from the early 2000's that will not open. The attache image is what the error message was I have no idea how it got named fetish001, oh that must have been the last file I tried to open.

    Hi,

    yes, I have been able to open the emails and then open the attached JPG and PDF files on my Surface Pro 4 and on my 'old' phone, the Nokia Lumia 920. It is only on the Microsoft Lumia 950 that I can not open the attached files.

    not able to open .jpg file on my Windows based nokia Lumia 520 phone

    I to have a nokia Lumia 520 and the files have no where to be stored. For example my doctor sent my xrays in an email the files are jpg files and the phone asks open or save, hit open and it takes u to another window (page) then that page says touch to save...
    Touch and either nothing happened or it'll say you don't have a app that Will open this file, would u like to down load one now. Hit yes and says no such app was found.... Plz find a solution it's really annoying.

    What is the location/path of these files? You may need to take ownership of the file, depending on the path and how the files got to that location.

    I thought I replied a while ago. I do not see it here. They are folders on the CD there path is H:\Filename
