Windows 10: My old microsoft account now has a new email that ends with @rambler.ru

My Valorant account was hacked about two days ago, and my Discord account was hacked today. I went to check my microsoft account to see if that was harmed, and apparently it was. I can't sign into it, but I was wondering if my computer is still safe after I had changed all my passwords. Is the person that now has control of my microsoft account on my computer still able to harm it? Am I safe or should I just do a hard restart of my computer?

I just factory reset my computer to find that my Microsoft account under "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" doesn't exist. I found the Xbox Gamertag associated with the account (wille1909) by looking through my old account's friends list. Apparently "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is now a secondary email to an account with the username set to ru******@rambler.ru, an email address I've never seen in my life. I'd like to get my account back as fast as possible as this account is extremely valuable to me, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I think Microsoft cannot allow this as far as I know.

As I have already informed you, we on the forum are users just like you, and we are not able to help you with sensitive information, if you could not get your account back with Microsoft, I suggest you start a new one, me and the other experts advisors believe is never possible to recover a Microsoft Account when the Email has been changed.

If you still have questions with the issue I suggest looking up the policies on Microsoft email accounts, unfortunately more than that as limited I am, I can't help with more.
