My old phone with authenticator app broke. Now I can't access my account. I'm not part of any organization. When requesting text codes, I'm not receiving texted authentication codes sent to my phone. Stand Alone user. Please AdviseRegards Sino

Authenticator App after phone broke

Hi Everyone,

two days ago my phone stopped working out of the blue.

My Phone was the only device I had the microsoft authenticator app installed on. Now I wanted to download the app on my new phone, but to verify the app on my new phone I need to access my authenticator app on the old phone. Obviously I cant do that. I have no other 2 Factor authentification enabled. How do I gain access to my account again?
