    Thank you so much for the response. One Drive says my account is frozen but I can unfreeze it one time. I will sure do as you suggest and I am grateful.........assuming it works my one drive account is frozen. How to unfreeze :) my one drive account is frozen. How to unfreeze :)

    Permanently unfreeze HDD

    I have an Acer E5-575G. It is running Windows 10 1607.
    The SSD HDD is frozen in bios.
    I am able to unfreeze it, but when I boot up and check bios again it is frozen again.
    Is this being caused by Windows 10 1607?
