Windows 10: My OneDrive got deleted, and i lost all my files. is there a way to restore it?

So, i logged in to my OneDrive today on my phone and all the pictures, videos and files where gone. I panicked and started doing some research to why and how. After looking through my emails i saw one where it said my OneDrive would get deleted on 27/03/2023 to be specific but i was too late. I saw somewhere that its possible to restore your account but it said i needed admin and commands, i'm not the smartest guy so i didn't understand anything. So is there actually a way to restore my account? if so, can someone from the Microsoft support do it for me, or at least help me do it myself?

You can also contact the OneDrive support team by following the steps mentioned below:

Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the ‘?’ help icon on the top banner of the page and select
Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.

Onedrive keeping secret copies of deleted files

Good morning all,

I have a security issue with Onedrive.

- I delete files on my phone, or move them out of my Onedrive using my phone. Using the app.
- Then I delete the contents of my online Onedrive recycle bin (which contains the files I previously deleted). Using my browser.

One would think the files are gone.

But when firing up my notebook a week later I still get the option to restore the files.

Seems impossible to delete files in a secure way because Onedrive always keeps a copy in a secret hidden place,

Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

It sounds like your photos deleted from gallery have also been deleted on Onedrive.

First I suggest you try to check maybe the Deleted Galary on your phone to see if it's possible to get deleted photos back. Then you may try to visit the OneDrive website to see if the photos you synced are there. If not, you may follow the steps listed on this link | Find lost or missing files in OneDrive (microsoft.com) to see if they could be found back.
