I recently changed the email I use with my Microsoft account, and tried taking a screenshot of something recently. I then got a notification that I needed to sign into my OneDrive account, which I didn't sign out of. I clicked on the sign in prompt, and was directed to a window where it said, 'That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.' I put in the info it requested, but then it said, 'You're syncing a different account' - 'The account you signed in with doesn't match the account you're syncing. Please provide the password for "email that is not in use,

Unable to login to OneDrive using new email address

• When you say, “I have updated to a new email address and updated Microsoft details” where exactly have you updated the details?
  
• Are you try to sign in to the OneDrive website or OneDrive Desktop app?
