Windows 10: My opinion on Windows 11 and some things I would improve.

Dear Microsoft, For all my life I have used windows as my main operating system. I have got used to it. However, I have mixed feelings about Windows 11. While some new changes were made that were good, many were just bad. Some examples are: . Optimization is bad on windows 11. It should be optimized.. It does not support older processors. This might not be an issue in America, Europe and other High developed countries but in 3rd world countries like Pakistan, India, Indonesia and Nigeria most people have old a low-end pc with old core 2 duo or 1st to 3rd gen i3 or i5 t

Things to improve in the Nokia 5300 (realistically)

I'm collecting a list of feasible ideas of what to improve on the Nokia 5300. Feasible means that I don't want to ask for features that would be totally new, but rather bugfixes and incremental improvements to existing features. Things that we could
realistically hope Nokia to implement.

MUSIC PLAYER

- [1.1] improve the fast forward/rewind... 5 second steps are too slow (could be a setting, like in the media player)

- [1.2] add a "time seek" function, that gives you a 00:00:00 typable clock (like the alarm) to type in the time you want to seek to

- [1.3] bugfix the "tracks in album are in random order"

- [1.4] bugfix the library updating failure

GENERAL

- [2.1] add brightness control for screen

- [2.2] improve battery life

- [2.3] lock the keyboard without locking the direct music controls; or alternatively create a setting so that you can make it impossible to make (outgoing) calls when the slide is closed. (goal: make it safer to pocket the phone but still have music controls)

Feel free to add your own... I'll update the first post from time to time, so that it gives a complete overview of what's added through comments. Don't number your suggestions, I'll do that ;-)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I think you have the right idea. We don't know for sure that they will cut off Windows 11 on unsupported hardware but they are putting a watermark for that now and there is speculation on what could be next.

Developers tell us that the absolute last word on whether a PC can run Windows 11 is PC Health Check here, which is kept updated before any lists:

The reason for this strict adherence to supported hardware are the Security improvements and is explained in this developer's blog:

There has not been a better explanation since from any source I've seen than this one from the developers just as Windows 11 was being released.

If you want to express your opinion on this you may be able to help Microsoft improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in Start Menu, especially if you are comfortable with sharing relevant data and screen recordings. Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.

If you want to post back a Share link from your Feedback, others can vote it up and add to it to try to build momentum to get the developers to act .

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
