My option to be able to change refresh rate disappeared and I also can't change my brightness

I'm on Lenovo Legion i5 with RTX 3060. And just now when I fired up my laptop, I realized my brightness slider was gone. So, I tried to manually change the brightness in the setting and guess what, no matter how low I dragged the slider the brightness wouldn't change. I never did anything before hand, and I hate how my laptop always randomly changes it setting. Any help is appreciated! Also I'm on windows 11

    :)

  2. why caant i change my refresh rate to 60

    Hello DragonGamer2,

The available refresh rates of a display will depend on the monitor, its driver, and the set resolution.

You can check to see if you may be able to use one of the options in the tutorial below to change the refresh rate for the display.

    Changing Refresh Rate

Right click on the desktop, properties, settings, advanced, monitor, then change the refresh rate to 75htz.
