Windows 10: My Optiplex 390 has no bluetooth??

I have a Dell OPTIPLEX 390 with Windows 10 pro and I went to connect something to my computer via bluetooth but had no option to turn on and off bluetooth and when i went to attempt to connect something it said it couldn't connect. After that I went to troubleshoot settings and ran the trouble shooter for bluetooth and it came back with it saying my computer does not have bluetooth. How do i fix this??

I would not buy the HDD from Dell. You can get a better deal (and better drive) from other places. I suggest an SSD.



Dell doesn't necessarily support the system with Windows 10:

However, they have drivers thru Windows 8, my *bet* would be you will be able to get things working with Windows 10.

Have seen part of this question answered but not all of it,. I bought a optiplex desktop 390 from a storage unit sale and was missing hard drive and planning to use as regular pc. I was wonder if this computer can run windows 10? If I have a windows 8
pro dvd case is there any other software I need to use the computer? I'm planning to buy a 500 gb hdd from Dell, first computer build.

 

Optiplex 390s BSOD windows 10 upgrade.


I have 2 identical Optiplex 390's running Windows 7 pro that fail in exactly the same spot during Windows 10 upgrade. They BSOD at 75% during migrate data with an error code of OxC1900101-Ox4000D. The BSOD error message is "system thread exception not handled". The system reboots and reverts back to windows 7 so there is no dmp file. Have run diagnostics, updated drivers and bios to no avail. Attached are the installation error report and the requested download from the machine.
