Windows 10: My order that I paid is not linked to my account

I paid for Microsoft 365 family on Apr 24, 2023 on my mastercard ending 4676, but I don't see my order in the history and cannot share my subscription to my other laptop. Please help.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

net user test /del

Rearrange account order in Mail

Hello,

Let me answer your query regarding Windows 10 mail app.

Please be informed that the order of the email account cannot be changed in the Mail app, There is no option to change the order.

Redirecting

Unfortunately, you need to remove the accounts and add the account back in the order that you want to be displayed.

As this is the feature you would like to see in Mail app.

You may provide your suggestions in the feedback app.

It will be directly referred by our developer’s team for further improvement.

Follow the steps:

Go to Start, enter the phrase Windows Feedback, and then select Windows Feedback.

See if someone else has given similar feedback by entering the topic, such as Microsoft Music.

If you find similar feedback, select it, add any details, and then select Me too.

To narrow your search to a specific category, pick the category that most closely matches your feedback (so it gets to the right people quickly). For example, for feedback about the Music app, select Apps > Music.

If you don’t find any similar feedback, select New Feedback, and choose a topic from Select a category and then select a subcategory.

Enter your feedback (the more details the better!), add a screenshot if you can, and you're done.

Duh . . . This is the first thing I wanted to do - rearrange the order of my account listing. Please add that feature!

Rearranging the Order of E-Mail Accounts

I have six e-mail accounts established in my Windows 10 Mail. It appears the accounts are listed in the order they were created. However, I just had to add another e-mail account and it is at the bottom of the list. Is there any way to rearrange the list? In Windows 8.1 you could move the accounts up and down in the order that you wanted them listed. The procedure used in Windows 8.1 does not work in Windows 10.
