Windows 10: My Organise Tab is Not there In File Explorer How Can I get It?

My windows version is windows 10. In File Explorer, I am searching for organize tab. where is it be?..

  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.
