    Long story short, a hacker took over my Microsoft account, and Microsoft's support team fought tooth and nail to help the hacker instead of helping me. After a week of back-and-forth and proving the account was mine and everything, the Safety Team ultimately decided to just permanently suspend the account forever. This is terrible because not only do I lose my Minecraft account to internet limbo I also lose my Office365 documents.I have come to terms with never getting my account back and losing all that money, but now I am in a different problem. My old Microsoft account is still technically

    77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

    Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.

    My friends MS account got hacked. Need suggestions

    My friends MS account got hacked. And after talking to support. The account is now set to be suspended. She can prove that it's hers and they're still suspending it. Can anyone suggest any advice?
